All sales are final, and NiftyPros.in does not offer refunds for the period of services already availed by the client.
Any complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid subscription period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests cancellation of their subscription, a refund shall be processed only for the unused portion of the subscription period.
The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, after deducting charges for the services already provided, along with applicable taxes and administrative fees.
Refunds will not be provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the performance of recommendations or the outcome of trades.
Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks.
Any profits or losses incurred while using our recommendations are solely the responsibility of the client.
GST Clause
All GST amounts collected as part of the subscription fee are remitted directly to the Government of India.
Therefore, GST shall be refundable only if the refund request is made within the first 7 days of subscription.
After 7 days from the date of subscription, GST on the complete fee shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
